The myVine.com network team is dedicated to providing the best service technology allows. We continue to upgrade our equipment to ensure that your Internet is fast, reliable and consistent. In order to upgrade and update equipment there are short periods of planned service outages. These short outage periods are scheduled and done during non-peak periods. We welcome your feedback. Email us at network@myvine.com. The myVine network consists of several major Network Access Points each with several connections directly to a major backbone provider. Our network has multiple DS3 Internet connections in major cities in order to provide you with a fast and consistent online experience. We utilize BGP v.4 (Border Gateway Protocol V4.0) between our major network centers in order to provide a reliable and dependable connection for you, our customer. Every network has some level of downtime, it's how you prepare for it and how you respond to downtime that is important. With the myVine network you can expect very little downtime due to the diligent efforts of our network team. Our Cisco Certified engineers monitor our network and our servers 24 hours a day every day of the week. You can rest assure that if something happens within our network that the engineering team is already resolving the problem before you even notice it happened! And if prolonged outages should occur the myVine Customer Support system is notified and you'll hear current information on our support hotline. Our network team prides itself on the high level of network availability
